Scope items are now Work in your catalog

A scope item — "install new duplex outlet", "pull permit" — is a catalog item you offer at the site visit: a kit of the parts the work brings, with its own labor role and phases. There is one list now, under Settings → Catalog; use its Work (offered at site visit) filter to see just your work.

The old Settings → Scope items address still works: it opens the catalog's Work view.
